They Finally Meet

This is an environment piece I finally wanted to introduce the Captain and the Merman together in my Pirate Project. I wanted to do an intimate piece but try not to be too cheesy with it. I tried a different approach with this environment and I only used very loose, minimal linework at the very beginning and the rest was strictly paint.
